Nikobaby is the No. 1 Morph according to Dotabuff. Moreover, Morph is arguably the best carry in the current 7.19 meta together with TB. If you are a carry player, it’s definitely worthwhile to learn to play Morph on a high level.

Niko
decides to go for a right-click focuses
build in this game (relatively popular in this meta) and doesn’t build Ethereal
Blade. The logic of the build is quite straightforward – you invest in
stat-heavy items that increase your physical DPS and survivability in order to
be able to right-click freely in fights. In this game, he is the hardest carry, which means that with this build in
the late game he should be able to man-fight against the enemy cores
successfully.
When going for this build, it’s important to max Attribute Shift. The bonus AGI is valuable, but the ability to switch fast between stats will be even more important while you’re right-clicking in the middle of the fight and your opponents are trying to nuke you down.
In the early game, he invests in a lot of cost-efficient stat items to buff his HP and DPS – Aquila, Wand, Treads & Dragon Lance are a source of cost-efficient stats.
Mask of Death requires a bit more attention – it’s the best farming item for a right-click Morph. You have a low level in your Waveform - using it for farming is not very efficient. Instead, you have to rely on your attacks, which means that HP sustain is more valuable than mana sustain in this case. Because of Morphs great right-click DPS and low HP pool, Mask of Death can easily keep him on max HP. Notice that he doesn’t even upgrade the Mask but sells it once his inventory is full – he obviously values it more for farming rather than fights.
Mid & Late Game:
In the mid and late game, he prioritizes survivability items – BKB + Linken’s. Morph’s great AGI is enough to give him good right-click DPS. This is the main reason why he is able to die only twice in a 50-minute game.
Even in the late game, he prioritizes stat items which give him survivability – Skadi & Butterfly.
Boots: Morph is a very slow hero with a short attack range and in order to keep right-clicking his opponents he needs MS.
Stick: Thanks to Morph's ability to decrease his STR and as a result - Health Pool, Stick is not only a valuable survivability tool but also a great way to sustain your health. Go to minimum STR, use your Stick and you will likely get maxed-out.
Tangos: don't be afraid to bring yourself additional regen to the lane if you need it.
RoA: As is the case with all AGI carries, Aquila is one of the best early game sources of damage, stats and importantly - mana sustain.
Morbid Mask: as mentioned above, this is the best farming tool for a right-click Morph.
Treads: notice that he upgrades his boots pretty late. This is because Morph benefits from the stats and AS, but doesn't need them urgently thanks to Attribute Shift.
Pike: Dragon Lance is a great source of additional stats and the bonus range is also very valuable to Morph. Upgrading it to Pike immediately is standard because Morph benefits from the additional INT (he is a mana-intensive carry) and uses very well the mobility. The active skill means he has an escape mechanism after using Waveform offensively.
BKB: as any right-clicker, Morph needs to immunity to attack his targets without getting disabled.
Linken's: a valuable counter to instant disables and strong single target nukes. Morph also uses the stats well, but for the right-lick build the mana sustain is less valuable.
Skadi: the stats are obviously valuable - they give Morph additional survivability and DPS. The attack modifier is also great because it helps Morph stick to the target he's attacking.
Butter: one of the most cost-efficient DPS + survivability choices for AGI carries.
